KHAYARMARA Mahottari is locate in Mahottari District Janakpur Jone. It way is located at 7.5 KM upward from Mahendra Highway. Its chowk name is BANPAT CHOWK near to LAXMINIYA CHOWK. In way to Khayarmara you can see a gate which was made by PLA of maoist. There is one Bazar locate middle of it. Its near district is Sarlahi and Sindhuli. You can go sarlahi by crossing BANKE KHOLA and we can go Sindhuli towards BHITRI KHOLA. There is one camp of APF and Nepal Police . Its main place is School Chowk, Bazar Chowk, Chautaro near Pokhari, Damar, Bhetnari, 16NUMBER, Chodke, Bhitrikhola, Bharatbaje Tol, Thapa Tole, 7Number,and etc. There are upto 7 Wad Number. Wad 1 lies top of the village. Many people go shopping at Lalbandi, Bardibas and other. People depends upon agriculture. Many people income is from boiler KHUKURA PALAN. There is gravel road, From Khayarmara to Sindhuli One bus is running from 18 years, Now there are many small vehicles run from Bazar Chowk to Banpat Chowk . From BANPAT CHOWK to Sindhuli Milan chowk a road is in underconstruction. There is two rivers one is too big and one is small named Khayarmara Khola and Buda Kholsi. Bridge is underconstruction on Buda Kholsi.
